Position Summary

Our roles extend beyond routine guest check-ins and check-outs. We strive to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take proactive steps to deliver a diverse range of services, assisting guests throughout their stay. Empowered to move freely within the space, you will handle operational tasks, respond to guest requests, prepare reports, and highlight local attractions, transforming each interaction into a memorable part of the stay.

Success in this role hinges on several key factors: ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company resources, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself professionally through uniform, appearance, and communication. The role requires physical stamina as you will be on your feet for extended periods, engaging in activities such as standing, sitting, walking, and manual handling of objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Executing these duties along with other reasonable tasks is essential to providing outstanding guest and business service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Completion of high school or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Work Experience: No prior related work experience required
• Supervisory Experience: Not required
• Licenses or Certifications: None needed
