About the Role and Company
ASUS is looking to hire Technical Customer Service Executives for their inbound technical support team based in Mumbai. This role involves providing assistance over calls regarding technical issues and ensuring high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound technical support calls from customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems faced by users.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduates are eligible to apply; technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of technical experience are preferred, however freshers are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must meet communication proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 4.
Work Schedule
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off on Sundays.
Compensation Details
- For freshers, the monthly in-hand salary is ₹18,000 with a total CTC of ₹21,650.
- For experienced candidates, the monthly in-hand salary is ₹21,000 with a total CTC of ₹24,350.
Joining Date
The expected date of joining is 20th July 2026.
