Job Overview
We are seeking multiple Technical Support Executives in Pune with a solid background in computer hardware and software troubleshooting. Candidates should have at least completed 12th standard and preferably possess a diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking. Prior hands-on experience with desktops and laptops is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.
- Install and activate MS Office and specialized software including Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD.
- Setup wireless printers and routers efficiently.
- Provide knowledge-based demonstrations of laptops, highlighting their features and effectively communicating with customers.
- Coordinate client interactions with confidence, using good communication skills.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 12th grade education is mandatory.
- Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking from recognized technical institutes is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of practical on-field experience with desktops and laptops is favorable.
- Proficiency in Hindi and the local regional language for effective communication.
- Basic understanding of English language skills.
Working Hours
Store operates from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM; preference will be given to candidates available for the second shift.
