Technical Support Engineer (Bukit Batok)

Role Overview

Viskou System Pte Ltd is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities for customers and the sales team. This role involves hands-on product testing, troubleshooting, and delivering product training to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by addressing technical questions during the pre-sales stage.
• Deliver courteous and effective technical assistance to customers.
• Test CCTV products to build a strong understanding of the company’s solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff as well as customers.
• Handle after-sales support tasks, including troubleshooting issues and processing warranty claims.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic studies, or a closely related field.
• Comfortable working as part of a team while also being able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Prior exposure to CCTV, door access systems, or solar products will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

• This is a 5-day work week schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The position is based in Bukit Batok, Singapore.
• The compensation package includes an attractive salary along with allowances.
• The role is available for immediate joining.
