Role overview
The Technical Operations Coordinator will keep everyday operations running smoothly across teams. The role centers on organizing tasks, tracking active initiatives, and helping multiple workstreams stay on schedule. Strong Jira expertise, careful attention to detail, and clear communication are essential. This position reports directly to the CEO.
This is a fully onsite role in Lisbon. The company is open to supporting relocation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and keep track of daily operational activities across the business.
- Help drive project delivery by maintaining task records in Jira with accuracy and discipline.
- Follow up on open items, confirm task completion, and keep status information current.
- Keep documentation, dashboards, and workflow structures organized and up to date.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Spot delays or roadblocks early and communicate them proactively so they can be addressed.
- Look for ways to improve operational efficiency and coordination across teams.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
- Advanced Jira knowledge, including dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters, and reporting.
- Strong planning and organizational ability with comfort handling several priorities at once.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- A proactive, practical, detail-focused approach with a collaborative mindset.
