Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review city-specific process documentation to address unique deviations and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the updating of technical policies, vendor management protocols, and audit policies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage complete vendor relations including empanelment and regular evaluation of vendors across zones.
• Monitor vendor turnaround times and resolve valuation-related queries.
• Conduct periodic audits on vendors and monthly sample audits on valuations and lease rentals in assigned zones.
• Visit construction finance projects and perform due diligence on project approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze construction projects focusing on life cycles, cost structures, techno-economic feasibility, and prepare initial feasibility reports for finance and debt proposals.
• Track project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate use of funds; prepare quarterly reports on construction finance projects.
• Validate valuation reports from agencies, set up city-specific process notes to identify deviations and offer solutions.
• Ensure adherence to technical norms inline with procedures and keep abreast with amendments in development control regulations impacting the real estate sector.
• Maintain and distribute MIS reports on affordable housing projects and update management regularly on project status.
