Technical Account Manager

Axel Capital operates a group of companies specializing in technological solutions across various industries. One subsidiary, El En, based in Banja Luka, focuses on developing and manufacturing hardware and software for the gaming sector. Another group member, Elbet in Serbia, delivers advanced software solutions for the iGaming industry, collaborating with international partners.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager at El En to manage our primary client relationship. This role involves understanding client business and technical needs, coordinating delivery with internal Product, Development, and QA teams, ensuring successful solution deployment, managing expectations, and fostering a long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for our key client, cultivating and maintaining a lasting collaborative relationship.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to comprehend client business processes and recommend improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and change requests, assessing their justification and alignment with contractual scope.
• Ensure all requirements are clearly defined and documented before passing them to development teams.
• Translate client business needs into detailed functional specifications and priorities for Product and Development teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Product, Development, Team Lead, and QA teams, tracking schedules and progress.
• Verify functionalities before client delivery and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor functionality post-deployment and coordinate issue resolution.
• Participate in regular operational meetings with clients, analyze reported issues, and represent company interests objectively when issues originate elsewhere.
• Visit client sites regularly to understand their operations and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to review calculations, monitor invoicing, payments, and promotions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance collaboration, present new features and products, and nurture the client relationship.
• Prepare project status reports and key indicator summaries for management.
• Travel to Belgrade 1–2 times monthly to align priorities with internal technical teams and meet clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in roles such as Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or Key Account Manager within software product development.
• Prefer candidates with blended experience in client relations, business requirements analysis, and software development coordination.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specs and set development priorities.
• Experience working with Product, Development, and QA teams, coordinating software development.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of billing, invoicing, and promotional activities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset, proactivity, and independent decision-making capability.
• Advanced English proficiency both spoken and written.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Background in gaming or iGaming industry is a significant plus.
• Based in Banja Luka with readiness for frequent travel to Belgrade and client on-site visits.
