Role Overview

This position is designed for dynamic individuals eager to contribute across various departments of a resort. As a Team Member Plus, you will rotate through different areas, enhancing guest experiences by supporting diverse teams and functions.

Schedule and Duties

Your workweek will be divided with Mondays and Fridays dedicated to cleaning guest accommodations. The remaining days will see you engaging in multiple facets of the resort such as sports and activities, food and beverage services spanning restaurants and quick-serve outlets, buffets, bars, retail shops, and the fairground. Some days may require multitasking between areas.

Apprenticeship Opportunities

The company offers apprenticeship programs related to this role, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Training Courses. Candidates interested in these pathways will receive additional information during recruitment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is energetic, willing to learn multiple skills, and enjoys collaborating in a team setting. No past experience is necessary; what matters most are the candidate's enthusiasm, readiness to engage actively, and a genuine commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction.

Additional qualifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA certification, High Ropes experience, or NCPLH personal licence are welcomed but not mandatory.

Employment Details
