Role Overview

The Team Leader will oversee and assist in managing assigned shifts, ensuring production plans are fulfilled timely while maintaining quality standards and budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include supervising operators to perform efficiently and safely, adhering to defined quality and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bakery or Food Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar bakery leadership role.
• Expertise in producing bread and pastry products.
• Background in microbiology is required.
