Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, define precise candidate screening criteria, and develop detailed Master Sourcing Plans.
• Utilize advanced search methodologies including deep web searches, boolean logic, pattern recognition, and social media analysis to uncover passive, highly qualified candidates across specialized platforms.
• Perform qualitative candidate screenings, evaluate cultural fit, and prepare comprehensive candidate profiles that effectively position top talent.
• Provide up-to-date talent supply metrics, market insights, and pipeline reports to support data-driven recruitment decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success in sourcing candidates through complex search strategy development and talent mapping, particularly within dynamic RPO, technology, or technical engineering sectors.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and cutting-edge open-web research tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to recognize patterns and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
