Role Overview
Kepak is looking for a Talent & Development Coordinator to join the team in Blanchardstown, Dublin. This position sits at the centre of Talent & Development activity, helping ensure development programmes are delivered smoothly and improved continuously. The role involves coordinating learning initiatives, keeping records accurate, and supporting strong operational execution.
You will work with colleagues across the business to bring structure, useful insight, and disciplined processes to talent development activity, supporting employee growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Talent & Development programmes from planning through to completion, with a focus on quality delivery, participant engagement, and ongoing improvement.
- Keep LMS and talent-related data accurate, generate clear reports, and highlight patterns, risks, and opportunities from the information.
- Work with managers, HR teams, site contacts, and external partners to support attendance and successful programme execution.
- Maintain consistent governance, processes, documentation, reporting standards, and compliance with training obligations.
- Support the creation and refinement of learning materials and resources to improve the learner experience.
- Track programme costs, process invoices and purchase orders, and look for practical ways to reduce spend.
- Help coordinate Apprenticeship, Graduate, and other key talent initiatives, making sure delivery is effective and stakeholders remain aligned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, HR, or training coordination, ideally within food, manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems or HR systems, along with scheduling, tracking, and reporting processes.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good planning skills and the ability to stay organised.
- High accuracy when handling data and managing systems.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle several priorities at once.
