Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition & Experience Associate, part of the People & Workplace Experience team, plays a pivotal role in managing recruitment processes and enhancing candidate engagement across the organization. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment operations from sourcing candidates through to onboarding. Additionally, the role supports employer branding, internship programs, and employee engagement efforts to nurture Hegen’s organizational culture and brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient, timely, and positive recruitment experiences.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data including trackers, candidate records, and talent acquisition system updates.
- Assist in recruitment campaigns, sourcing efforts, and talent attraction strategies as required.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to support hiring and talent acquisition insights.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance recruitment procedures and candidate satisfaction.
- Support employer branding activities, career content creation, and external talent engagement.
- Coordinate internship programs, campus engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, networking events, and liaising with educational institutions for talent sourcing.
- Drive employee engagement through events, onboarding support, workplace culture programs, employee recognition, wellbeing, and community initiatives.
- Manage logistics, communication, and administration for talent and employee experience programs.
- Ensure documentation and tracking of program data and support ad hoc People & Workplace Experience projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related discipline.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internships or experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources are favorable.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, resourceful, and keen to learn with a genuine interest in talent acquisition and candidate experience enhancement.
