About the Team
The Meraki Support Operations Team consists of dedicated customer-centric problem solvers focused on providing top-tier support amidst our expanding clientele. This team predominantly handles non-technical inquiries, requiring thorough analysis and critical thinking. Collaboration across departments such as Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Role Overview
As a Support Operations Specialist, you will oversee customer cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring complete and timely issue management. Your duties include guiding customers and partners regarding licensing, orders, and administrative matters, emphasizing customer service excellence. Working collaboratively, you will engage with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve intricate concerns and escalate as needed. You will leverage strong problem-solving abilities and account management to maintain meaningful relationships and deliver on commitments. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to drive process enhancements and contribute to knowledge base content development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of comparable experience in customer service.
- Experience handling non-technical customer support cases and inquiries.
- Capability to quickly learn new products and internal systems to aid customers and partners.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve support issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with customers, partners, and third parties.

Additional Information on Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role in the U.S. and Canada is approximately $56,200 to $77,300 annually, with exact pay depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. In some states, the range may vary; for example, New York City Metro offers $72,600 to $106,100 and non-metro New York & Washington States range from $65,200 to $95,000.
Employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and may be granted stock units. Paid time off policies include 10 holidays plus a floating holiday for non-exempt employees, birthday and wellness days, vacations (16 days for non-exempt; flexible for exempt), sick leave, and additional emergency leave. Volunteer leave is optional for up to 10 days annually. Sales roles have performance-based incentive pay structures without a threshold for payment.
