Role Overview
We invite motivated individuals to become part-time or full-time Support Associates based in Prague, starting August 2026. Successful candidates will join the support team to assist customers, couriers, and venues through live chat and phone support.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and calls.
- Ensure smooth operation of delivery processes.
- Collaborate with the support team and other Wolt departments to enhance support services.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication abilities with a personable, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach.
- Quick learner with capability to handle multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability for shift work including mornings, evenings, and weekends as support operates 24/7.
- Fluency in Czech and professional working proficiency in English.
