Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in planning and support supply chain execution within established frameworks.
• Manage and update supply chain tools, databases, and related systems.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to detect trends and suggest improvements.
• Oversee product testing, inspections, and corrective measures to boost performance.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee effective service delivery.
• Address operational inquiries by providing accurate information and prompt assistance.
• Evaluate current processes to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative support to the Supply Chain department.
• Manage short-term operational priorities and assist in cross-functional projects as required.
