Role and Responsibilities
- Possess 2-4 years experience in retail, visual merchandising, interior, or spatial design, preferably handling multi-location rollouts for standardized retail formats like QSR, F&B, grocery, or organized retail chains.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in 2D and 3D spatial design with the capability to create and interpret precise technical drawings.
- Have a keen eye for retail visual merchandising aspects such as fixture arrangements, sightlines, and customer flow optimization.
- Translate standardized design templates swiftly into site-specific implementations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of proportion, layout, and typography especially for print and signage design.
- Work directly with external vendors (branding, fabrication, printing) and coordinate with internal teams during execution.
- Show meticulous attention to detail ensuring dimensional accuracy and print readiness are not compromised.
- Manage multiple store designs simultaneously under tight expansion schedules.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is desirable.
- Prior design experience in QSR, F&B, or fresh retail formats (meat, seafood, grocery), with knowledge of cold-chain equipment layouts, is a plus.
- Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, Spatial Design, or related disciplines.
