Store Delivery Driver

Role overview

NAPA is seeking a reliable delivery driver to transport automotive parts throughout the metropolitan area. This role combines safe driving, customer-facing service, inventory support, and store operations assistance. What you will do

• Transport automotive parts and supplies to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers during each drop-off and pickup.
• Collect parts from vendors and help keep stockroom inventory organized and accurate.
• Operate company vehicles in line with traffic regulations and all safety procedures.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and keep delivery trucks clean and in good condition, including tire pressure and overall cleanliness.
• Record deliveries carefully and use company tools to monitor shipments.
• Assist store operations by upholding facility standards, supporting customer service and order dispatch, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and stocking shelves when needed.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Confidence using GPS or directions to navigate metropolitan routes.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and benefits

The starting pay is $18.10 per hour. Some hourly roles have a defined pay progression, with the top of the range reached within 12 months of hire. For certain positions, the starting rate depends on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
