Job description
Position Overview
Join PVH as a full-time Stock Supervisor at our Calvin Klein store located in Outlet City, Tawa, Wellington. In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee efficient inventory operations, including receiving deliveries, preparing stock for the sales floor, managing stock movements within and outside the store, and reducing stock shrinkage.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in supervisory or management roles within customer service or retail fashion sectors
- Demonstrated success in meeting key performance indicators including sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average sale values, shrinkage control, and mystery shopping results
- Strong communication and people management capabilities with ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate teams
- Detail-oriented with proven expertise in stock management and visual merchandising
- Entrepreneurial approach with a talent for identifying growth potentials
- High energy and genuine positivity with polished personal grooming and presentation
