Job Overview

As a Spray Painter/Polisher at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts by Hilton, your role is essential to maintaining the impeccable appearance of our hotel spaces. You will apply paint and polishes to surfaces within guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all finishes meet our high-quality standards and timelines. Your craftsmanship contributes directly to the positive and memorable experience for every guest, spreading warmth and hospitality through your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply paints and polishes to various areas of the hotel to ensure a neat, attractive, and durable finish.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings such as vinyl, fabric, and foil, and maintain wooden, masonry, caulked, and grouted surfaces using stain, varnish, and lacquer.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work environments in optimal working condition to promote efficiency and safety.
• Manage inventory of paints, solvents, and related supplies, ensuring safe storage and adequate stock levels at all times.
