Role Overview

The Spoken English Trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive in-person classroom sessions aimed at enhancing students' English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing. This full-time position based in Jaipur involves designing structured lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, and facilitating exercises that bolster learner confidence and fluency.

The trainer will assess learners' language abilities, offer constructive critiques, and monitor progress via frequent assessments and mock examinations. This role supports students preparing for overseas study or employment by integrating practical conversational skills and exam-oriented speaking practice. Additionally, collaboration with counseling and coaching teams ensures curriculum alignment with students' academic and career aspirations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proven proficiency in English language teaching and classroom management.
• Competence in creating lesson plans, study materials, and providing clear written feedback.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, featuring clear and neutral pronunciation.
• Prior experience as an English instructor, IELTS/ESL coach, or similar role is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse student groups effectively while utilizing teaching aids and digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with patience and a student-focused teaching approach.
