Specialist - Accounts Payable

Role Overview

As a Specialist in Accounts Payable based in Jodhpur, you'll be instrumental in ensuring accurate processing of vendor invoices and play a key role in timely payments, while engaging directly with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain strict control on daily and monthly accounts payable dashboards.
• Communicate proactively with vendors and internal partners via email and calls in English to clarify and resolve critical issues.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including account reconciliations.
• Preference for candidates with understanding of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent, with experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Travel & Expense, and account reconciliations.
• Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to Oracle Financials is advantageous.
• Sound accounting knowledge and expertise in reconciling accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
