Role Summary
The Solutions Specialist is a remote, full-time position centered on helping organizations and end users adopt Insight Genesis – IGAi solutions successfully. The role requires understanding client needs, turning those needs into workable product setups, and presenting relevant demonstrations and use cases. It also includes client consulting, solution support for sales activities, and hands-on assistance during onboarding and after implementation. In addition, the specialist will work with product and technical teams to relay client feedback, improve the offering, and keep solutions aligned with goals across financial services, HR, education, and health sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requirements and identify how the platform can create practical value.
- Convert business needs into appropriate solution configurations and use cases.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and walk stakeholders through relevant workflows.
- Support sales conversations with technical and solution-oriented insight.
- Assist users during onboarding and continue providing support after deployment.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to communicate feedback and shape improvements.
- Maintain professional, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Help build durable client relationships based on trust and measurable results.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze information, understand client pain points, and spot solution opportunities.
