Solution Consultant (SME Level) – German Speaking

Role Overview

We seek a German-fluent Solution Consultant at the SME level to join our expanding European team in Dublin. This is a full-time, on-site position within an innovative AI and API-focused environment. The role combines technical expertise with sales engagement, enabling you to translate advanced AI and API capabilities into effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to comprehend customers' integration needs and system architectures.
• Convert business objectives into tailored API integration designs and deployment plans.
• Provide customized demonstrations, walkthroughs, and preliminary proof of concept presentations.
• Offer advice on authentication methods, rate limiting, endpoints, data flows, and overall system performance.
• Guide discussions on security and compliance including data handling, encryption, authentication, and regulatory concerns.
• Address security questionnaires and engage in risk assessment conversations.
• Clearly communicate enterprise-level security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams in crafting commercially viable and technically sound proposals.
• Document architectural recommendations, onboarding plans, and identify technical blockers with appropriate mitigation.
• Ensure effective technical handover to the customer success team post-sale.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to raise issues and share customer insights.
• Contribute to building internal knowledge repositories and scaling repeatable sales engineering practices.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and strong command of English.
• 5 or more years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Account Management.
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, authentication frameworks, integration workflows, and architectural design.
• Experience discussing security topics such as encryption, identity and access management, data residency, and compliance frameworks.
• Background in SaaS, cloud computing, AI technologies, or API-centric products.
• Ability to explain complex technical material clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in developing architectural diagrams and producing solution documentation.
