Role Summary

We seek an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer with 7 to 8 years of expertise to architect, develop, and sustain scalable web applications. This position involves end-to-end development across backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend components emphasizing performance, security, scalability, and dependability.

Key Duties

• Design, build, and maintain applications using Java, primarily with Spring Boot.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication.
• Develop frontend interfaces employing React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSP or modern frameworks.
• Manage data storage and retrieval operations using PostgreSQL or MySQL, including data modeling and complex queries.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Apply authentication, authorization, and security best practices rigorously.
• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional groups such as Product Management, Quality Assurance, and DevOps.
• Investigate and resolve issues arising in production environments promptly.
• Lead and mentor team members via code reviews and technical guidance to uphold software quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 7-8 years of professional experience in full stack Java development.
• Proficiency with client-side technologies like React.js or Angular plus server-side logic using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Strong command of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Good understanding of system architecture and scalable design principles.
• Familiarity with version control using Git and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Basic project management experience using tools like MS Project, ClickUp, or Miro.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging solutions.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
