Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager based in Lucknow to oversee EcoFone’s social media platforms. The role involves planning and executing campaigns that align with our brand vision and sustainability goals. Daily activities include crafting and scheduling engaging posts, optimizing content to maximize outreach and interaction, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with our online communities by responding to comments and messages. Collaboration with marketing and content teams is essential to maintain consistent messaging.
Responsibilities
- Manage EcoFone’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with branding and sustainability initiatives.
- Write compelling copy to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance using analytic tools and prepare regular campaign reports.
- Engage with online audiences by responding timely to comments and messages.
- Keep abreast of evolving social media trends and green technology developments.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance brand visibility through social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong abilities in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization to expand and engage audiences effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for producing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Proficient in content strategy, capable of planning and organizing social media campaigns and calendars.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic skills in graphic or video editing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and experience working collaboratively in teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is recommended.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, particularly within technology or sustainability sectors, is preferred.
