Role Overview

The Social Media Manager position is a pivotal, high-responsibility client-facing role within Bennett Creative's social media department.   • Manage account logistics, including scheduling, content calendars, approvals, and publishing workflows using tools such as PostFlow, ClickUp, and Slack.
  • Coordinate with the internal ads team to ensure alignment of creative briefs, campaign objectives, and targeting strategies.
  • Adhere to and contribute to internal processes and SOPs developed by leadership, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements while maintaining consistency and scalability.
  • Compile and analyze monthly performance data for accounts, presenting insights and recommendations in client reports with clear viewpoints on successes and refinements.
