Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive at SQUATWOLF, you will manage the brand’s daily presence on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We seek someone who is deeply immersed in these networks, consistently coming up with innovative ideas and equally comfortable creating content both in front of and behind the camera. You will own the content schedule, foster community engagement, and craft captivating short-form videos that capture attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the content calendar by planning, scheduling, and posting timely, brand-aligned content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with the audience by monitoring and responding to comments on all platforms, ensuring active community interaction.
• Produce creative, trendy short-form videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, handling filming and editing using your phone and CapCut for quick and energetic content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy that reflect SQUATWOLF’s tone and maximize audience engagement.
• Design simple graphics and visual assets with Canva as needed to support the content calendar.
• Assist in organizing and managing content shoots, coordinating logistics with creators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain the brand's professional presence on LinkedIn through consistent posting and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Between one to three years of experience in social media management or content creation, either agency-based or in-house.
• Proficient understanding of how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn function and what type of content performs well on each.
• Practical skills in shooting and editing videos on an iPhone using apps like CapCut, capable of delivering content rapidly.
• Strong copywriting abilities to produce sharp and brand-consistent captions and hooks.
• Competency with Canva to create clean and straightforward graphic designs.
• Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple posts and shoots simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
