Role overview
ScaledOps is looking for an AI-native social copywriter who has strong editorial instincts and can turn rough drafts into high-performing posts. The team’s content engine gathers ideas from many inputs such as transcripts, research, podcasts, events, and messages, then converts them into draft copy. This role focuses on refining those drafts into polished, effective social content.
What you’ll do
- Create founder-focused posts for LinkedIn and X.
- Revise and improve drafts prepared for founders and companies, mainly for LinkedIn and X.
- Strengthen copy through editing, polishing, and feedback.
- Identify weak, generic, or low-quality writing and improve it.
- Coordinate with founders on creative direction, approvals, and publishing schedules.
What we’re looking for
- A genuine interest in writing short-form social content.
- Examples that demonstrate strong taste, whether written for a company, a client, or personal use.
- Comfort with LinkedIn and X formats, audience expectations, and effective post styles.
- Strong judgment to assess whether writing is ready to publish.
- Excellent English fluency.
- Ability to stay organized, work independently, and manage multiple projects at once.
- A sharp eye for detail.
