Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for skilled trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final placement.
• Develop and nurture a qualified candidate pool using diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Work closely with account managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and craft customized recruitment solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the process.
• Keep accurate records of candidate data, documentation, and compliance information.
• Handle multiple concurrent job openings, prioritizing urgent staffing requirements and deadlines efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years recruiting experience focused on skilled trades, construction, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Capability to thrive under pressure in fast-moving, high-demand recruiting settings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills fostering quick rapport-building with candidates and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining precise candidate records.
• Familiarity with MSP or VMS systems is advantageous.
• Experience with recruiting software such as Avionte, JazzHR, or Fieldglass is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging between 50000 to 65000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
