Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for skilled trades positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final placement.
- Develop and nurture a qualified candidate pool using diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Work closely with account managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and craft customized recruitment solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the process.
- Keep accurate records of candidate data, documentation, and compliance information.
- Handle multiple concurrent job openings, prioritizing urgent staffing requirements and deadlines efficiently.
- Utilize applicant tracking and workforce management systems to monitor candidates and streamline hiring operations.
- Adjust sourcing tactics dynamically to respond to evolving client demands and high-volume recruitment needs.
- Occasionally participate in evening or weekend recruiting efforts to meet time-sensitive staffing deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years recruiting experience focused on skilled trades, construction, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Capability to thrive under pressure in fast-moving, high-demand recruiting settings.
- Strong written and oral communication skills fostering quick rapport-building with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining precise candidate records.
- Familiarity with MSP or VMS systems is advantageous.
- Experience with recruiting software such as Avionte, JazzHR, or Fieldglass is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.

- Competitive base salary ranging between 50000 to 65000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
