Site Supervisor

Position Overview

This role encompasses the cleaning and supervision of commercial, government, institutional, industrial, mining, and resources sites throughout Brisbane, Queensland. Opportunities exist across various shifts—early morning, daytime, and evenings—with comprehensive training available for newcomers through CPC Academy.

Entry-Level Cleaning Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in commercial, government, and institutional buildings.
• Participate in shifts at different times of the day.
• Complete CPC induction and academy training to build required skills.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Support Site Supervisor Duties

• Assist in daily operational activities, including coordinating cleaning staff.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure cleaning standards.
• Manage stock levels and complete reporting tasks.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Schedule staff efficiently and conduct quality inspections.
• Communicate with clients and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Industrial and Mining Cleaning Work

• Engage in project-based cleaning during planned shutdowns of industrial and mining facilities.
• Execute high-pressure cleaning, confined space tasks, and adhere to hazardous area protocols.

Additional Requirements and Conditions

• Some sites require a police check for employment.
• Certain roles necessitate passing site-specific medical examinations and drug and alcohol screening.
• FIFO (fly-in fly-out) availability is advantageous for industrial site work.
