Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-Out

Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Supervisor specialized in interior fit-out projects to oversee various construction activities such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishing tasks at our Ras al-Khaimah location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise interior fit-out construction operations ensuring they align with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Manage coordination and supervision of subcontractors, labor forces, and material deliveries on site.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure prompt correction of any defects identified.
• Enforce site safety protocols in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports while providing regular updates to project management.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, suppliers, and other contractors working on the project.
• Assist in project completion activities including handover, snagging, and close-out procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working on interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Capability to interpret construction and shop drawings accurately.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE’s construction codes and safety regulations.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
