Site Foreman

Overview

A prominent civil engineering contractor in Dublin is looking to appoint an experienced Site Foreman to support a school project. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in civil engineering and utility service operations, including comprehensive knowledge of underground electrical networks, enabling them to effectively meet the needs of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld on site.
• Manage and coordinate daily site activities efficiently.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date daily site records.
• Coordinate with the commercial team regarding project progress and scheduling.
• Collaborate professionally and amicably with management and team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a construction-related trade qualification or degree, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Have no less than three years of relevant experience working in Ireland or the UK.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities with leadership skills to manage projects and diverse trade teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range between 707000 to 708000 depending on experience.
• Provision of a vehicle and fuel card.
