Role Overview

The Site Administrator is responsible for managing drawing registers, technical submittals, and inspection reports among the site team, head office, and design consultants. A key part of the role includes ensuring BCAR compliance by collating and uploading certifications and related documentation into the Building Control Management System (BCMS). Additionally, the position requires preparing comprehensive Safety Files to be delivered to clients and the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) upon project completion. Coordination with suppliers and the purchasing team at head office for timely procurement of materials is also essential.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated site administration experience within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with BCAR compliance requirements and operation of Building Control Management Systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills combined with effective time management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
