Shuttle Driver

Overview

The Shuttle Driver role involves ensuring secure and dependable transportation services for customers while aiding the smooth functioning of daily workshop operations. The position demands delivering excellent customer service, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and supporting multiple departments to enhance operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all MW organizational policies, procedures, and checklists.
• Contribute to the refinement and advancement of internal operational processes and standard procedures.
• Operate shuttle services safely and reliably, guaranteeing superior customer experience.
• Ensure shuttle vehicles remain clean, well-maintained, and adequately fueled at all times.
• Provide assistance to the Service Department per operational needs.
• Transport parts, supplies, and vendor items as required for smooth logistics.
• Handle bank deposits along with various administrative errands.
• Manage ordering and inventory for office essentials, snacks, groceries, and miscellaneous items; oversee company-branded items including business cards, name tags, and employee merchandise.
• Coordinate and manage weekly lunch orders and pickups for staff.
• Organize team-oriented events like birthdays, work anniversaries, and group lunches.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
• Support management with assorted tasks and errands as needed.
• Accept additional duties to sustain efficient daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License with a clean record (no multiple infractions).
• Proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous.
• Competence with computer operations and related software.
