Setter and Team Leader

Role Overview

This position is exclusively for night shifts. The work hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The role combines machine setting expertise with team leadership responsibilities in a production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and changeover high output production machines to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safe working procedures and maintain machines in optimal, safe condition.
• Guarantee that machines operate according to required quality and output standards.
• Maintain and complete all necessary documentation accurately.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on on-the-job training for other personnel.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to track performance.
• Ensure the production output meets quality levels consistently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on increasing uptime and reducing downtime.
• Keep detailed records on faults and downtime events.
• Supervise raw material usage and maintain quality standards.
