Role Overview
Culligan Ireland is seeking a skilled and committed Service Technician with plumbing expertise to join their team. As a key technical member, the technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing various water treatment systems to ensure the highest operational standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment equipment, including filtration, softening, and purification units.
- Carry out diagnostic evaluations and inspections to identify and solve issues affecting system performance.
- Provide customers with guidance and technical assistance regarding the use and upkeep of water treatment solutions.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
- Keep detailed records of all service tasks and materials utilized.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to plan and manage installation and maintenance schedules.
- Stay informed about industry developments and participate in continuous learning to sharpen technical capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an engineer or plumber, ideally within the water treatment sector.
- Possession of a valid plumbing or engineering certification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with water treatment systems is preferred; however, full training will be provided.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Ability to work autonomously with efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.

Additional Information
This role is a full-time permanent position subject to a six-month probationary period. The salary is €40,000 per year, paid monthly, supplemented by an annual tax-free meal allowance of €4,000. The location is field-based with multiple sites across Galway, Sligo, Kilkenny, Athlone, Wicklow, and Dublin in Ireland.
