Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their automotive service needs.
• Prepare job cards detailing repair and servicing requirements while communicating these to clients.
• Act as the liaison between customers and service technicians to facilitate smooth service operations.
• Provide customers with periodic updates on the progress of their vehicle servicing.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered promptly and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate service documentation adhering to dealership procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automobile service position.
• Experience in servicing two-wheelers or motorcycles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Fundamental understanding of motorcycle maintenance and repair processes.
• A positive approach and teamwork capabilities are essential.
• Fresh graduates are not eligible to apply.
