Role Purpose
This position involves collaborating within the Operations Team to maintain fleet mobility by addressing vehicle issues through coordination with Drivers and Clients. It requires handling driver queries including service appointments, breakdowns, and general vehicle maintenance advice. A strong broad knowledge of vehicles is essential, and technical qualifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform all team tasks.
- Effectively communicate customer needs to service providers.
- Maintain daily updates in internal systems.
- Minimize vehicle downtime.
- Provide accurate updates to drivers when necessary.
- Resolve quality issues per Line Manager direction.
- Handle all communications in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Fulfill reasonable duties assigned by the Line Manager.
- Contribute to team objectives and meet individual performance targets.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in automotive environments such as motor dealerships, vehicle manufacturing as an Advisor, Technician, After Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Mechanical qualification is a plus.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in a corporate office environment with customer service exposure is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel.
- Good technical understanding and pragmatic decision-making skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective negotiation skills with garages and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive and ability to achieve results.
- Professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
- Team-oriented attitude with commitment to shared goals.
