Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits on websites to identify and prioritize areas needing attention.
• Analyze server logs, crawl reports, and analytics to develop strategies enhancing indexing and organic growth.
• Perform keyword research aligned with business goals to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities, including traditional and AI-generated search.
• Recommend and implement content development strategies consistent with SEO objectives and monetization plans.
• Coordinate and oversee SEO task implementation with project managers and developers.
• Stay informed of current trends and advancements in SEO, AI discovery, social media, and digital marketing.
• Monitor and report monthly SEO performance updates to stakeholders, including initiatives and task progress.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance SEO expertise through online resources.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as an SEO Specialist.
• Proficient with analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Experience using crawling tools like Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with performance tracking instruments including Debugbear or alternatives like Gtmetrix and PageSpeedTest, and understanding of Core Web Vitals.
• Basic skills in HTML and CSS.
• Independent, self-driven problem solver with strong enthusiasm for SEO.
• Effective collaborator with excellent communication abilities and a data-driven, results-focused approach.

Desirable Qualifications

• Hands-on experience enhancing visibility through AI and leveraging AI/LLM technologies to automate and scale SEO processes.
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale or global websites.
• Familiarity with Looker analytics platform.
• Understanding of JavaScript rendering techniques.
