About the Role
Join WSP, a leading global professional services firm, to work on impactful projects that shape communities worldwide. As a Senior Property Consultant based in Auckland, you will focus on acquiring and disposing of properties for diverse clients including government departments, agencies, and councils. This role emphasizes collaboration within a team of over 40 professionals and requires a strong commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead property acquisition and disposal projects across various sectors.
- Manage due diligence processes and navigate stakeholder negotiations effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to challenge norms and foster empowerment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to property, legal studies, or a related discipline.
- Have at least eight years of professional experience in property or legal roles.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of New Zealand standards, legislation, and particularly the Public Works Act 1981.
- Confidence and experience in engaging with property owners and various property professionals.
- Strong client management skills with a focus on client-centric service delivery.
