About the Role
Telluride Spa Care is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to steer high-visibility initiatives that support strategic goals and improve operational performance. This position oversees complex, cross-functional work that involves multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and direct exposure to executive leadership.
The right candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset and the ability to turn business goals into practical execution plans. You will help align teams around shared objectives, coordinate delivery across functions, and drive programs from early planning through completion and refinement.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and guide large, multi-team programs from launch through implementation and ongoing improvement.
- Create detailed program roadmaps covering timelines, milestones, staffing needs, and measures of success.
- Work with senior leaders to define program goals and connect initiatives to company priorities.
- Coordinate efforts across Operations, Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and other business groups.
- Spot risks, dependencies, delays, and resource gaps early, then build practical mitigation plans.
- Set up governance structures, communication approaches, and stakeholder reporting processes.
- Deliver regular executive updates on status, progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate program reviews, stakeholder discussions, and strategic planning meetings.
- Review business workflows and identify ways to improve efficiency, scale, and overall effectiveness.
- Keep teams accountable and help move decisions forward quickly.
- Balance several priorities at once while staying focused on strategic goals and deadlines.
- Support ongoing improvement efforts and help establish strong program management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Required
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar area.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs with meaningful business outcomes.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple initiatives at the same time in fast-moving environments.
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive results without direct managerial authority.
Preferred
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
- Background in technology, SaaS, consulting, financial services, healthcare, or other fast-changing industries.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.
- Familiarity with program management, reporting, and collaboration platforms.
- Experience leading change management or transformation efforts.
