About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the full development cycle of geospatial data and location intelligence products. This full-time remote position based in Nigeria entails overseeing multidisciplinary teams to convert spatial research, complex data workflows, and diverse client needs into scalable digital solutions that revolutionize geographic data usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate and steer the overarching product vision, long-term plans, and quarterly roadmaps for mapping tools, APIs, and dashboards.
- Convert insights from user research across sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, logistics, and government into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents and interactive geospatial features.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams including engineers, data analysts, designers, and quality assurance to ensure timely and effective product releases.
- Monitor and analyze critical product metrics focusing on data precision, update latency, and user engagement with maps.
- Maintain transparent communication lines with senior management and B2B/B2G clients regarding progress and expectations.
- Conduct ongoing competitor evaluation and customer research within African location intelligence and Data-as-a-Service markets.
Candidate Requirements
- Over five years of experience managing software products, with emphasis on data-centric, SaaS, or geospatial platforms.
- Demonstrable success in shepherding complex products from concept through launch in high-growth technical settings.
- Strong command of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in tools like Jira, Linear, or ClickUp.
- Analytical capabilities with practical use of data analytics to monitor user behavior and product performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills to motivate and align distributed teams.

Position is fully remote within Nigeria, offering a monthly salary of ₦500000.
