Position Overview

We are representing a partner company seeking a Senior Product Builder located in Saudi Arabia. This role involves joining a dynamic product engineering team dedicated to creating innovative software solutions that address complex business issues. You will blend product insight, user empathy, UX expertise, and practical engineering skills to bring valuable features from ideation through launch. Operating in a remote-first, AI-enhanced setting, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to swiftly test concepts and refine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive product projects from initial discovery to final delivery by converting ambiguous problems into well-developed, high-quality solutions.
• Engage with customers and cross-disciplinary teams to identify user requirements, define measures of success, and focus on meaningful product enhancements.
• Create, prototype, implement, test, deploy, and iteratively improve features prioritizing user experience and software quality.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to speed up production while preserving excellent code maintainability, architecture design, and user interface standards.
• Conduct code and product reviews, including AI-generated content, encouraging best engineering practices and reusable components.
• Enhance team productivity by contributing to strategic planning, process optimization, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support activities to maintain system reliability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in independently delivering complex software products, managing the entire cycle from discovery through design to development.
• Strong capability to integrate product strategy, user experience considerations, and hands-on engineering in a rapid development environment.
• Proven track record of navigating uncertain project scopes and translating broad business objectives into focused, user-centric outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development workflows to boost efficiency while upholding technical standards and sound engineering judgment.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, maintainable codebases, testing methodologies, and scalable product creation.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating effectively in remote, interdepartmental teams.
• Ability to mentor colleagues, disseminate best practices, and foster continuous improvement within engineering and product groups.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms, technical product ecosystems, or product validation techniques is advantageous.
