Senior Planner, Supply Chain

Position Summary

This role owns the planning of supply and demand from end to end for semiconductor products. The focus is on keeping customer demand, manufacturing constraints, inventory goals, and supply commitments in sync. The position partners with fabs, OSAT providers, foundries, and internal teams to keep supply flowing, support product lifecycle execution, and strengthen planning performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle supply and demand planning so customer needs, production capacity, lead times, and stock targets remain balanced.
• Work with fabs, OSAT partners, and foundries on capacity planning, wafer start commitments, production scheduling, and supply availability.
• Track and enhance supply chain KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and demand fill rates.
• Assist with planning for new product launches, manufacturing transfers, and end-of-life phase-out activities.
• Carry out supply risk assessments, contribute to scenario planning, execute mitigation actions, and help refine planning processes and ERP/APS systems.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a similar field is required; a master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning, or production planning, ideally in the semiconductor sector.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor supply chain operations, including wafer fabrication, foundry and OSAT workflows, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on exposure to ERP/APS platforms; familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools is a plus.
• Well-developed analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability for handling complex supply chain work.
