Senior Operations Manager

Position Summary

Join PNC as a Senior Operations Manager within the Asset Management Group (AMG) Operations, located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role may allow remote work from approved locations, contingent on PNC's approval. Remote work requires a secure, quiet home office with occasional in-person attendance as business needs dictate. Visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for operational business units, overseeing multiple functions across one or more locations and managing a team of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
• Drive achievement of organizational goals, act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, and maintain critical customer and third-party relationships.
• Coach and develop management staff, lead team meetings, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Provide guidance to service partners and customers, sponsor strategic improvement projects, and oversee policy and procedure enhancements.
• Maintain control frameworks for assigned units, monitor key risk indicators, lead risk mitigation efforts, and ensure compliance with service levels and operational procedures.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience, including military service.
