Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior Operations professional responsible for managing day-to-day operations, liaising effectively with users and internal teams, and ensuring seamless processes. The role demands excellent communication, swift problem resolution, multitasking abilities, and a focus on delivering outstanding user experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and efficiently to user queries, providing solutions.
• Address operational issues and escalations with urgency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
• Assist with routine clinical and operational workflows daily.
• Continuously enhance operational processes to improve speed and efficiency.
• Consistently deliver a positive experience to users.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 6 years of experience in operations or related roles.
• Exhibit strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.
• Adapt well to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Working days: 6 days a week, 1 day off
• Experience: Between 2 to 6 years preferred
• Compensation Range: INR 450,000 to 520,000 per annum
