Senior Human Resource Executive/Manager, Operations Development

Overview of the Role

As a Senior HR Executive or Manager in the Operations Development team within the Recruitment Centre of HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be vital in enhancing business processes through innovation. Your focus will be on re-engineering and digitizing workflows to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with process owners and product teams to review and adapt current workflows and implement appropriate process improvements tailored to operational needs.
• Locate opportunities to embed ICT solutions into recruitment operations and support development of new system features that meet evolving requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing activities and provide training to supervisors and users to ensure smooth adoption of system upgrades and digital tools.
• Oversee the rollout of new recruitment systems and enhancements, coordinating with IT partners to ensure timely delivery and consistent monitoring of service quality.
• Assist in change management by disseminating timely updates on system enhancements, initiatives, and solutions across various teams and communication channels.
• Support IT operations including troubleshooting and maintenance of existing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience implementing RPA solutions and competency in VBA or popular low-code RPA platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation capabilities enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with solid organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive and resourceful approach with systems-level thinking without losing focus on detail.
• A strong drive for ongoing improvement and commitment to work excellence.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or IT tools like database management and visualization software is advantageous.
