Senior Finance Manager

About the Role

We are collaborating with a well-established semi-government organization based in Abu Dhabi to recruit a seasoned Senior Finance Manager. This key position involves overseeing finance, treasury, corporate governance, and investment initiatives spanning multiple business entities and private investment structures.

This role represents a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially savvy finance expert who can deliver reliable financial counsel, guide investment choices, and uphold exemplary standards of financial governance and compliance.

Primary Duties

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial operations across several entities.
• Compile and present consolidated financial statements, management reports, cash flow projections, and executive dashboards.
• Assess and supervise investment portfolios including private equity, real estate, and alternative assets to identify return optimization opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, investment evaluation, commercial due diligence, and scenario planning for prospective investments.
• Design and enhance financial controls, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management systems.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, taxation, and ensure regulatory compliance across all entities.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, investment partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Serve as the chief financial advisor to senior management, furnishing strategic advice on capital deployment, wealth preservation, and investment results.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance, investment management, corporate finance, or treasury leadership roles.
• Fluency in Malayalam is a mandatory requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are strongly favored.
• Proven track record managing sophisticated financial structures, investments, and entities with multiple operations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, investment analytics, budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities with strong influence on executive leadership.
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and commercial insight.
