Role Opportunity

We seek a senior engineering leader with a strong hands-on approach to nurture and oversee high-performing engineering teams dedicated to building customer-centric SaaS products. This role involves advancing a robust and adaptable technology stack using industry best practices, delivering impactful product features and solutions that meet business needs. Collaborating cross-functionally, the leader will address obstacles to improve team velocity and ensure consistent delivery aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, development, and management of a top-tier engineering team while effectively communicating the company vision to engage team members.
• Implement product strategies to deliver high-quality SaaS products successfully.
• Establish and uphold standards and processes that guarantee maintenance of quality benchmarks.
• Partner with company leaders to translate technological capabilities into strategic business and product opportunities.
• Promote ownership of accountability metrics to transform strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Analyze product data and collaborate across teams to uncover customer needs and identify new product potentials.
• Work closely with the product team to guide product lifecycle from ideation through delivery.
• Engage directly with customers to resolve challenges and relay product ideas to the wider team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS environments with a track record of creating engaging applications that drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• A minimum of four years managing engineering teams within fast-paced, scalable organizations.
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and motivate high-caliber, customer-oriented technical professionals.
• Experience with tooling, specification development, product maintenance, and software product leadership.
• Expertise in designing and building scalable, reliable, secure, and performant large-scale technology solutions following industry best practices.
• Strong engineering background with a clear focus on product and customer needs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience utilizing and advocating for AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, and WindSurf.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and project updates to diverse audiences.
