Senior Developer / Technical Lead - Java Spring Boot & Microservices

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer / Technical Lead skilled in Java Spring Boot and Microservices. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in core Java and modern development techniques, alongside leadership capabilities. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and is focused on delivering innovative software solutions within an Agile team setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale components using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Analyze and resolve application issues including root-cause investigation and troubleshooting.
• Create and perform unit tests to validate feature functionality.
• Participate actively in an Agile development environment to contribute to continuous delivery.
• Lead a technical team comprising over 8 members, guiding development and ensuring quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with Java 8 or above and solid understanding of system design principles.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and data structures implementation and optimization.
• Exposure to multithreading, concurrency handling, and robust error management techniques.
• Familiarity with microservices communication patterns including synchronous and asynchronous approaches.
• Experience with the Circuit Breaker pattern and practical machine coding skills.

Preferred Additional Expertise

• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks, especially JUnit.
• Exposure to Linux or Unix-based development environments.
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies is an advantage.
